i was talking to another model railroader & of course we got on the subject of the upcoming big boy restoration.

he said that all the road #s where produced by the manufacturers in HO scale

i didnt think he was right

i came up with

my 4014 HO Genesis arrived today from MBKlein (yea)# Update: unpacked today and ran a bit on the layout. Same opinion as the Challenger that arrived a few months ago…runs pretty good, sounds pretty good (made minor adjustments), looks pretty good, price is reasonable. Tender wobbles a bit over the worst track due to 5-axle centipede part, but that relates to the skills of the track crew, not the engine quality.
