My boss gave me an old Lionel train that he had when he was kid back in the 50’s. It is a complete set. I don’t know if it runs or not. Does anybody know of any businesses that could get it running if it does not? It is in good condition, and it would be nice to have a classic toy train in my collection.
In addition to some HO repairs, I also do a lot of post-war Lionel repairs. In most cases, a good disassemble/clean/lube of the engine is most of what’s needed to get it running like new. Judging by my benchmarking, my prices are also a bit below average…I have a real job and do these repairs 'cuz 1) it’s fun and 2) it helps pay for my son’s soccer habit!!!

I was going to suggest a few people but after reading Mike’s comments, I’d say Mike is Dah Man 
I looked it up on a Lionel information site and I got a #675 K-4 Pacific pproduced in 1947.
