OLD SUBJECT,, NEW QUESTION

I was GIVEN 10 sheets of OSB 1/2". Good or bad for subroad bed? Will go on 16" centers. All flat area will be 1" foam on the OSB. Liquid nails and drywall screws. Humidty and temp are NO PROBLEM 70 to 72 deg 50 to 55% humidty period. (I took over the extra space from my MIS area (computer switch gear, server etc).
Thank you for the help.
PS I found a GREAT PLACE FOR TRAINS Just Trains in Charleston S.C. Min of 20% most at 30% plus. Got a Walthers DCC ready Doodlebug for $39.95 NEW[:D]

I used both 3/4 and 1/2, The 1/2 gave me more slivers and took a little more care to keep straight but worked OK. If money were no problem the 3/4 with both sides sanded is nice, but takes a band saw to cut it and costs the price of a nice engine. I’d use the 1/2, and buy a bag of bandades and a nice model.

Thank You Art.
I got it for free amd figure on painting BEFORE I start cutting to save on the splinters. Wife got me some Mechanics gloves so that should do the trick.
Again Thanks
