Hey everyone… Im a newbie. An older fellow that lives down the road from me has a year 1950 toy Lionel train he wanted me to find some info on. Since I have no knowledge of these trains I decided to ask about it here. Does anyone have any idea what this could be worth? Any info is much appreciated… Josh
Check eBay. It’ll cost you nothing, and if you follow the auctions (you can set up a “watch” on the items you are interested in), you can see what the willing buyer and willing seller are doing with the used equipment
Nonames,
Welcome to the forum!
If you can post the numbers on the trains that would be a good place to start.
Usually the numbers are on the side, or underneath the item.
It also helps if you have the original box,or boxes.
