is there a difference in the shade of blue that athearn used in their earlier blue box Conrail gp38 compared to the newer conrail rtr by athearn?

probably, even if there is, i wouldn’t worry about it as paint fades over time, especially exposed to the elements

It appears Athearn used a lighter shade of Blue on the BB CR locomotives…The RTR CR seems a tad darker.
