David, that was both fun to watch and educational, really enjoyed that. BTW, I had the opportunity to see the old Climax number 3 up in Durbin, WV this past summer as the fireman and engineer cooked her up for a run early one morning, she is beautiful. Thanks.

Nice video Dave. I don’t like to touch models while painting is in progress. A small lazy susan comes in handy to position without touching.
The best steam weather video I have seen from MR. David, you did a great job explaining each step in detail with great close up photography. Would love to see a weathering video of the NScale Bachmann EM-1 or similar N-scale steam. The small multi driver steams are scary to weather and good instruction would be very helpful.

Nicely done David. My question concerns the weathering around the journals and the pistons which you mentioned grease build up. I realize that a lot of dust, soot, and the like would adhere to this material, but wouldn’t there still be somewhat of a semi-glossy appearance? If so, any recommendations. Thanks.
