The Bachmann forum has a heading for On30 stuff. I don’t frequent it too much, but it’s another place to look for information.

I believe there’s also an On30 Yahoo group, but I’m not certain. I’ve read only references to it once in a while on the above forums.
None of this is a single clearinghouse for info, but you’ll get different people’s experiences and input on each of the different forums.

As Kevin says, there are quite a few On30, ON3, On24, On2 Yahoo groups. I believe the largest is “On30 Conspiracy”. Google that name and you should be able find all the info you need.
