Peco, is an English company known for the quality of their track, including their On30 line. It is available from Walthers. Any hobby shop that orders from them can get it. Or you can order it direct from Walthers at http://www.walthers.com/
There is also a company named Piko. This is their web site: http://www.piko.de/produkt_db/check.php?page=agleis&grand_id=4 They are an old east German company and make a line of HO gauge track. They have US and Canadian dealers listed under the Dealers link on their site.
