Hello Alfadawg,

Those are very good sites especially the one with tha F7 diesels.

Malcolm.

Another good site for ONR equipment pictures is www.onrgallery.com/ As for ONR paint I use Floquil Master R-50 Dark Blue and for ONR Yellow I mix 6 parts of R-31 Reefer Yellow to 1 part of R-30 Reefer Orange. The light blue colour I haven’t had to use yet as all I’ve painted are a few cabeese and some box cars.

The Ontario Northland is a very interesting railway having seen the Dutch TEE trains in the Netherlands, however my question is dsid the ONR use or hire RDCs or did RDCs run on their rails

Malcolm.

The ONR never owned or leased any RDC’s and I’ve never heard of or seen any pictures of any on ONR tracks. The TEE Train is different looking eh, ROCO is going to be selling them soon and I can’t wait to see them.

I rode in a Dutch TEE set from Hoek van Holland to cologne and the power car was pushing as it is an mu type of train and I heard the the trains were turned at the end of each trip so that the power car was always leading but I believe that the Dutch power units were replaced by F7s and trhe couplings would have had to be altered to suit?
