I was getting the same message at 9:00 PM PDT, noted that the forums were loading up kind of slow (worse than a -um- GE…).
BTW, shouldn’t that have been 10:00 PM EDT???
Me, too, I note that the software provider (logo below) is a big deal operator and their site proudly announces that they provide their products for Microsoft.
Yes…! I was getting it all evening {Tuesday}, and never did get on. Finally, rather late…I simply gave up. Sure wish the problem could once and for all… be solved, and put to bed.

Update Edit: Sorry for multible posts…I was hit again with: “Oops, something went wrong…again”…couldn’t get to posts to comment and then…saw I had multiple posts.
It is happening again today around 12:30 PM. I suggest sending a message to customer service. With all the discussion here, it seems obvious that they would know about the problem and are doing everything possible to fix it. However, I would not assume that they do know about it, and they won’t fix it if they don’t know about it.
Could be something essentially beyond their control - congestion on the path to the server, or heavy traffic to this and other sites the servers may be hosting.
For those with the expertise, try doing some tracerts to the URL and look for excessive latency. I’ll try some when I’m experience slow/no connectivity.
I tried posting messages yesterday (4/7) afternoon and evening and kept getting the “Oops” message.
I have found that if I post a particularly complex message (possibly including images, quotes, formatting) that I’ll have problems. Simplifying the post usually helps.
While I did not have the problem yesterday, I have had the problem at various times in the past…I didn’t have to be trying to enter a post, just trying to view a post got me the Oops!
