Opening up a Rivarossi DCC BigBoy....

I bought a Rivarossi BigBoy with builtin DCC decoder about two years ago. I would like to replace the DCC decoder with a more modern decoder than the ancient Lenz?/Arnold? decoder it currently has. So far I’'ve been unable to figure out how to get the shell apart. I can see two small screws on the underside of the boiler however it looks like I would have to remove both sets of driver assemblies to get access to those screws.

Any hints/tips?

Thanks.

If you follow this it will come right off.

1. REMOVE THE CAB HANDRAILS
2. UNDO THE SCREW UNDER THE SMOKE-BOX
3. TAKE OFF THE CENTRAL DOME (BIG DOME ON THE TOP) AND UNDO THE SCREW INSIDE IT.
4. UNDO THE SCREW ON THE BOTTOM OF THE SMOKE-BOX UNDER THE CAB.
5. IT SHOULD LEFT RIGHT OFF.
