Hello…I like this layout for my up coming project…first time mind you. The reason you have used +/-2" pink foam board installation…is this so you have the depth requirment for the river? Alos…you have placed a 1/2", I assume cork board on top of the pink board, this is the foundation for all the builings as wel as the track, with the track on top of the beleved cork board…
