I’m looking to add some model power steam to my n-scale layout. I would like your suggestions. Smooth running? Quiet operation? Good pick up?

Yeah thats my thread. I like alot of opinions before I buy. I hate to waste money. Okay, Okay I’m cheap, I admit it! Phil, Those answers were pretty positive. I found that the price of Model Power products are pretty resonable in the LHS I frequent. So, I just want plenty of info before I buy. I figured I would get a different group on a different forum.

I have their 4-6-2 and 4-4-0. Both run great. I’m really looking forward to the
2-6-0 and plan to add their 2-8-2 w/vandy tender soon.
