I remeber a long time a go seeing in a railroad news photo ( if some of you can remember old school trains magazine) … I think from around 1993 and it had a picture of an engine with the initals OSK on the front of the hood. It looked like the engine was in full CSX paint too. What was the OSK? Am I just remembering jibberish? Help me!!!
