I recently seen a GP7 that had OSS on the sides is or was there a railroad probaly in the south that was or is named OSS

OSSX is one of the reporting marks assigned to Omnitrax. The locomotive is probably a leaser.

OSS…Office of Special Services…now the CIA…probably for pulling trains of white, shackle equipped FEMA boxcars.
