Is there a way, like at Bachmann’s forums, that I can log out and a later time or date and click on only the new posts in a thread? It seems the only way is to remember where you were and scroll down to the newest threads. Is there some trick?
Not very tricky. Just above the first post there’s a little box that reads, “Oldest to newest.” You can change it to read, “Newest to oldest,” and then read down until you find the last post you read. It is a bit confusing sometimes, since you see the answer before you’ve read the question.

I fall into the group that never logs out so when I come to the forums here all the unread threads are in dark type.
Yes but he is thinking more of the individual posts. Like on railroad.net when I log in all new post in a thread have a little orange rectangle in the upper corner to let you know that this is new since you last logged in.

I thought it was because of the activity on this board. I see posts, that don’t get alot of replies, get pushed to the bottom really fast sometimes.
Thank you.
