One is as many seem to have, fish. We have 8 tanks varying sizes, two salt water coral, two temp housing for pond koi for the winter indoors and 4 for freshwater tropicals. Two of those are for breeding silver-blue platys (I dont breed them, they breed themselves…he he…I just put them together for the magic to happen then I just collect and remove the babies and when they grow up, sell them to the local tropical fish store) The fish and salt water critters, eels, scollops shimps, conchs, etc. are my “babies” hehe.

I also do a fine job with plants. I used to have a brown thumb, but I seem to have turned very green. I have an assortment indoors including tropcials, and fruit bearing plants and miniatures. With grow lights and seedling heating mats and humidification, they do well during the colder winter months and no sunshine. I like to give cuttings/turned plants away as gifts. The plants are also my “babies” hehe.

And the last is as far away from RR you may get. I quilt. My mother made sure boys knew how to cook, sew, and do laundry. I have cooked in some fine restaurants, need to re-hem all my pants cuz im short, and always have clean underwear! I prefer the older geo-metric style quilts, but have been trying to get my head around a train style quilt of some kind. Combines both hobbies!![C=:-)][(-D][:O]
