out of service signs

I need help trying to find the color of a sign that I found its sets inbetween the tracks laying down when the track is out of service they pop up the sign and it looks like it say’s stop. Can any body help? email me at gpb_rr@yahoo.com any links out there would be great.

I seem to recall seeing one on a PBS TV show about the Chicago Metra system maintenance yard where it was a round, red sign on a metal pole that was permanently hinged between the rails. I don’t think it had any lettering on it. You might find something useful on this web site:
