Overland has just released a 5-car, N&W Powhatan Arrow in two versions, skirted and deskirted with varying car numbers. I was wondering if anyuone has an opinion on these that that would be willing to share. I purchased a deskirted version and would rate them a B+ or A-. Thanks for your input. gdc
