Overland Oil & Transportation Co. decal or dry transfer source ? - Problem Solved

I have two old Red Ball kits I’m upgrading. Does anyone know of a source for decals or dry transfers for this old time, odd ball car. It’s the one with the belly tank underneath where the truss rods would normally be.

plus he was able to move the car numbers around so that I can have cars 101, 110 or 111, without my having to fuss with moving the numbers. He has a large selection of pre-1900 and other early liveries. I have no financial or other relationship with his firm.
