P2K Head Lights

What is the voltage going to the head lights on P2K GP 40’s? What size resistor would I need to replace them with 1.5 Volt bulbs?

Best to use 4 - 6 diodes (4 for constant, 6 for directional) as their voltage drop remains constant.

All the P2K enfgines I’ve seen already HAVE the above in place.

Use a 1/2 watt 330 ohm resister for each 1.5 volt bulb. I’m assuming you are converting the unit to DCC? You can get these from Radio Shack.
