Looking for blue paint to touch up a Lionel D&H RS 11 5001

Blue paint to touch up that D&H RS-11? Oh boy. The best I can suggest is take the shell of the engine to hobby shops, hardware stores, even auto parts stores and see how close you can get. Lionel doesn’t sell touch-up paint, neither do the other train manufacturers.
“Close enough” may be the best you can do.

Try the color chart at henningstrains.com They are prewar colors, but one might come close, and the quality can’t be beaten.
