I was just wondering if anyone else thought that the paint scheme on the locos was very attractive? I believe this is a freelance scheme, so the builder came up with this on his own. Nice job.
Actually It looks like a variation of one of EMD’s stock paint schemes, the NP had similar engines. Another stock scheme is the 3 stripes down the side that curve to the anticlimber on both sides of the nose door, used by the LV, MEC, B&M, DRGW ans some others.
Not to say he didn’t do a very good job of picking an appropriate scheme and executing it well.
