Painting / Applying Pinstripes

Would the easiest way to apply pinstripes - like those on a Pennsy E8 for example - be to mask and spray, or are there decals for such things?

Microscale has the Pennsy stripes as one strip of 5 pin stripes (a lot easier to apply!). They have a lot of other stripes in various colors and sizes. http://www.microscale.com/

In general, I prefer to decal pinstripes over painting them.
