I finally got my tender complete. You can see all the fuzzies from the paper towl my wife wiped it off with [:D] The only problem I had was the decal on the right side you can see the backing on. I am also putting back together all the drivers and small springs, then the side rods and rewire the motor back in. I am waiting on my 3M tape & FLOQUEL “OLD SILVER” to mix with FLOQUEL “GRAPHITE” to do the Smokebox & Firebox. Then it will be complete. Here is the steps I used.

  1. Soak all parts in White Vinegar for 30 minutes.
  2. Tape off ALL screw holes.
  3. Airbrush FLOQUEL “PRIMER” on all parts.
  4. Airbrush FLOQUEL “ENGINE BLACK” & “GRIMMY BLACK”.
  5. Airbrush TESTOR’S “GLOSS COAT” On all parts to be decaled>
  6. Airbrush TESTOR’S “DULL COAT” on all parts.
