I seen on a other Website KCS is buying more Amtrak F40’s Engines for the Panama Canal Railway Is this True, also is KCS buying more Coaches too? Anyone Know?[:D]
I don’t know anything about the KCS buying F40s but do know a website that had 4 of them for sale. Last time I checked only 1 had sold.
Even though they probally had tons of miles on them they might be worth buying.
You still see E units every now and then for sale. Even though I like the older E units the Amtrak F40s would probally be a better buy since they are newer.
