One of the best looking layouts I have seen! I thought George Sellio’s work was good but I believe I have seen his equal! I like your setting much better , country instead of city. You have a very good eye for detail and a way to make it look believable. I can only hope that some day I will be able to do anything close to your quality of work. That’s why we read this forum, to learn what other’s have done! Thank you for sharing your photo’s and hope you post others. Jim

The actual dimensions for the layout is 9 x 10.5 x 10.5 for a total of 81sq feet. I posted a track plan on a previous post. But, I’ll post another copy here.
