I was wondering if someone can help me locat parts for my 262. I am trying to track down the flags and the boiler lenses fro it. I have emaile Olsen’s using their web site, I have also contacted them via eBay as I see them listing items. Is there any other sources out there for the parts?

Olsens does sell those parts, I have seen them listed in the prce lisrt. I just recieved a parts order from them a few weeks ago so I am sure they are still in business as well.
Other sources would be George Tebolt and you could just google lionel tain parts. There are 4-5 good sites maybe more. If you think you can’t find flags for a 262, keep in mind that those are the same as for the std gage engines so the actual flag part number as listed may be under a different loco’s list. Same would go for the boiler front lense cap. Good luck.
There is someone who sells them all the time on ebay. Seems like they are $8 to $10 for four including shipping. Just do a search on Lionel Flags.
