Passenger car lighting

Yes its worth the little trouble.

I only run lighted cars at night, its simple to add a wire plug, male at one end, female at other. You then can remove the sprung brush from the truck set so there is less drag on the wheels. Plus NO flickering, and when you stop at the sattion they stay on. I simply add a jumper plug from the battery that runs the engine. NOT from the reciever in the battery car. Never worry about cleaning wheels or buying new pickup brushes.
just a thought.[:D]

Nice photo Marty.

Marty,
You really have me interested in battery power. Especially when equipment like this is considered. The fact that you run batteries on such a large layout with all that equipment speaks loudly. We’ll talk more at the show. Later eh…Brian.

Marty
Nice way to save on battery power
I will try the concept on USA pasanger cars , but I may need to change over thier lights to lower power Leds , factory lights eat up power
Thanks
