[bow] I bow to the experts and ask what passenger service the Union Pacific had between Kansas City and North plattle on the marysville sub While growing up in Kearney Nebraska in the mid 60s I remember the mail trians and the streamliners but nothing coming up from KC any help would be appricaited Thanks Larry
My March 65 OGR shows the Topeka - Grand Island line as “freight only”, as does my 58 OG.
The 1953 shows a daily 543/544 running between KC and Grand Island which would have travelled on the Marysville sub.
The trains thru Kearney would have been on the Omaha - North Platte mainline. It would have been quite a parade of trains.
