I ordered some passengers for my passenger set and was wondering about what would be the best adhesive to secure them in place. They are plastic as well as the seats in the cars being plastic I was thinking of using low temp hot melt glue or even a caulking compound, same as used in aquariams. Preferrably an adhesive that doesn’t eat plastics so they can be removed if need be.

Must have had a brain cramp last nite, couldn’t think of “silicone sealant” to save my life.[banghead] Anyone ever used this as a glue for plastic? I’ve used it in other applications and it worked great.[%-)][D)]
Hi Dougdagrump
I used glue dots, like for hanging posters or placing pictures in albums. They come in different dia and thickness. It is an alternate to hot glue. Just place the dot on the bottom of the person and then the person in the car. If you need to remove they, just pull them out. You can pick these up at office supply or craft stores.

Doug you are beyond me. I can’t even figure out how to get the cars open without breaking them to put the passengers in the seats.[D)][D)][D)][D)][D)]
You can use arabic gum. It is a grey clay like compound and can be peeled off again after use. So it isn’t permanent. If you want a permanent fixation, glue from revell or some other building kit manufacturer will do fine. It’s tested on ABS and acrillycs, but I would try on an invisible place first…
