Hello Folks
My train layout is in my office that has all patriotic memorabilia on the walls. I have started to add some of the lionel spirit of 76 engines and cars as well as the old glory box cars. I was wondering if MTH or Willams also manufactured patriotic schemes for some of there trains as well. Any information would be appreciated.

Well I know both K-line & MTH made the freedom train with the 4449 painted red, white & blue.
Right now on E-bay I seen a freedom train pulled by diesel for sale in red, white & blue.
I am sure some more might be found from others but I am not sure what they would be.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
OK, got to be the first to reply in this manner.
Color scheme aside, how about something that’s stamped “Made in USA” on the bottom?
Personally, I’d put together a consist of Lionel PW mailcars (red white and blue) Headed by a classic steamer.

Think BIG !
Last years MTH Club offering in “G” gauge was a Norfork & Western 4 bay Hopper in the 1976 Red, White, and Blue paint. (car is 21" long over couplers)(if your not into “G” it’s a great shelf piece)
GG1 from MTH/Railking. Caboose is a WEAVER offering.
