Anyone know the pay rates for road and yard jobs on BNSF? Looking for 75%-100%. Also any current BNSF concductors care to share info on what it’s like to be a conductor for BNSF? Thank you

If you search through the forums you should find some topics such as: BNSF conductor trainee, BNSF conductor tests, etc. Rodney Beck is a current BNSF conductor and he can probably give you the best idea of what to expect, so look for his posts, they should be helpful.
