it seems my little email I got from QSI gleemed some kind of truth.
I asked them about if they would make the Y6b and they came back. naw…

but I got a 2nd email in return with sending one, say…well, kinda no… not not no.

if this loco hits, I say buhbye to my Rivarrosis.

The LL 2-8-8-2 maybe I will look to buy one, but the Y6b’s are the ones I really want.
I have 3 RR’s. Seriously regeared/remotored and soundized one years ago pre-QSI sound…well, not bad…

It’s not exactly cheap!! I don’t mind a fair price, but that one is reaching brass status($700)!!

Will have to see what the street price will be. Wouldn’t mind having a couple to go along with my two A Class 2-6-6-4s. One can always wish and hope![:D]

Several dealers have them listed for July of 2006. I don’t think it is a rumor.

At least I hope it is not a rumor. .

I used the Modeltronics system, about the only thing around aside from the PFM system, the modeltronics is all onboard, the PFM was generated in the throttle.
customize install all the way.
This is why I want QSI to get aftermarket sound out…(which they are, but their sloooow)
so I can get it into my current stuff.

I dont think these are rumors.

There are pennies being found and saved by the day. The only thing I can say is for that price it better pull well. Like maybe lugging 25 cars up a 3%.
