If you have Peco code 83 turnouts and flextrack, please tell me what you think of the quality. I know that the goal was to make them look like the north american prototype, do you think they have succeed? Please post pictures if you have any.
Peco code 83 track is first rate quality – I built my home layout using it.
I have never used Peco code 100 flex track so I don’t know if this is standard for their products, but there were no nail holes in any of the crossties of Peco code 83 flex track or turnouts. In my case that didn’t matter at all because I fastened my track with latex caulking and didn’t use a single track nail.
Yes the track looks great and right at home in America
The flextrack is not sold everywhere but the switches are.
CurtMc,
