I kind of look at you as the elder statesman of these forums, glad you are here. If they are serious about renovating the MSG area they should kick out the Knicks, they stink. Then work the Penn project.
…Yes, I’m sorry it seems the project has been delayed and questioned so many times since it was {I believe} Sen. Pat Moynihan that was at the top of the list pushing to create it and from what I had read, had most of the financing lined up and then…Bang…!! 911 occurred. And Pat passed on too.
So now…I wonder if anyone will ever be able to push the project through…
