In 1980, 81 the Penn Traffic Department Store built a model train layout 16’ by 86’ on one of their floors. Does anyone know about its history?
Don’t know anything about that but there was a portable layout about that size that was brought to the Railroaders Memorial Museum in Altoona for several years during that era.
