Pennsy RR HO numeric decals for position signals

Has anyone been able to obtain PRR HO numeric decals in white, or know where I can purchase some? I am building out a dozen Oregon rail supply signals, and for the signals at the main line entrances, I need to make number boards. I am having a hard time finding some from Microscale.

Microscale number board decals would work. They are black background on clear film so you need a white backing to mount them to.
