Pennsylvainia RR T2500

In a issue concerning the Horseshoe curve in Penn. I saw an unusuail locomotive that I may have asked before about Kitbashing it for a HO scale layout.

I didn’t get a good responce about it.

If possible How do you kitbash a t2500 Loco for display?

T2500 I not a term I am familiar with but I think you are referring to Baldwin built transfer engines wiith a center cab. There are two versions the first built by Baldwin and susequent ones built at Lima Ohio following merger of the two companies. Easiest kitbash which would be close iis two Athearn S 12 shells and a Stewart AS616 drive which may need lengthening but has the proper trucks.

Robert.

Number 2500 was a plain Jane U25B. Or pennsys class GF25. They did have a few Lima built transfer engines that Lima called T2500. The Pennsys designation is LS25. They have been made in brass that sometimes comes along on Ebay. Don’t get it confused with the BS25. They looked similar except for the frame and skirting.

I would NOT publish my name and address in any forum such as this. If you need to send someone your personal address, you can do so through a PM {Private Message} to someone on here by clicking “start conversation” at the bottom right side of a person’s post, if there is any need to exchange your personal address. That way it is private, not for all to see.

Did many forums posts here and wasn’t sure if they wanted just the name and city or what.
