I don’t think this is over 600 sqaure feet!
This layout sows 36" by 46", yet the Gridlines show 4 feet by 10 feet?
Actually the grid lines show 4’ x 8’. If you just like to watch trains run, it gives you four separate main lines. With some elevation, this could be a good two train railroad by extending the extra two mainlines into the other two.
