NS being willing, how about filling the void left open with the discontinuance of Amtrak Nos.40/41? NY-PGH deserves another train on the route even if it doesn’t go to/from CHI.
Gentlemen: I just did the survey and I stressed the idea of the restoration of rail service in the Poconos, Scranton, Binghamton, New York and along the Southern Tier to create a Knowledge Corridor for this area. May 28.
