Visibility might improve if they took the paper and tape off the side windows.

I like it. Sort of reminds me of a D&RG locomotive. It’ll look real good when its completely lettered and with the masking off the windows and number boards.

Looks good, Real good. It’s refreshing to see clean headend power. Makes one feel as if this company cares about it’s Power units.

I don’t see how you can miss this engine at a crossing.

Rio Grande of the east?

I don’t know what sort of passenger vs. freight time separation, if any, the FRA is imposing on SEPTA and PANERR, but this paint scheme should do a lot to enhance safety on these busy suburban commuter lines.

The Rio Grande being one of my favorite all-time roads, I think the new paint scheme is gorgeous. A motorist should definitely see the train coming at a road crossing.

Well the paint scheme certainly does stand out. I’m not sure if I like it though
