Philadelphia makes transit preparations for papal visit

I have two thoughts provoked by this article. First after returning from a rail-fan photo trip in a rental car, I consider almost all travel by private vehicle in Philadelphia to be non-viable. More than half my time from Altoona to Philadelphia was from city limits to the hotel. I was so glad to get that car back to the station that I cannot understand why a private vehicle is ever viable. But that is one of the few times I have driven a car east of the Mississippi. Second, if they are are disrupting the train schedules for this event, why not provide buses for the last couple miles!
