i’VE BEEN using Photoshop 3 for about 10 years now and it died on me. Rather than spend $$$ for upgrade, I got a WONDERFUL photo editing program for free, that was recommended by the Washington Post newspaper. It is the newly released Picasa 2 and it works w/my old Windows 98 (as well as newer versions).
It crops, changes colors and contrasts and everything.
It can be downloaded for free at www.picasa.com
Furthermore, it puts all your photos automatically in an album for viewing.
Pretty swell
Dave, Does this site also host pic on the web [?]
If so, will they post on CTT [?]
Dave did you try Toms shutterfly works great and easy .If I can do it anybody can
PS forgot the stove pipe
Tom,
I’m not sure, I’ll have to check about that later. I’m OK now w/hosting, just needed a new Photo Editor.
Scratch b,
I followed Tom’s advice and host my photos on both Shutterfly and at work Village photos, which works better w/my Mac.
Dave,
I recall a while back you got Comcast broadband. You can host your photos and stuff from Comcast. I think we get 300 MB of server space. Let me know and I can help you. You can also build your own webpage although I have not done so.
Regards,
Roy
Roy,
That would be nice. I haven’t yet accessed that feature.
