I seem to recall an article in MR some time ago, about a program that allowed you to combine several photos in order to increase the depth of field in model railroad railroad pictures. I can’t find the article. Does anybody know where I can find the software? Thanks - Bill

I have the software but haven’t gotten around to trying it yet. The Helicon Focus software costs.
These are not photo editing software, but is used for focus stacking - you take a bunch of photos at different focus points and the software stacks the images into one, using only the in focus parts.
Wow, that was quick.
But, we would expect no less from cuyama. [bow]

Ouch - Yes $115 for Helicon Focus. I’ll try the free one first. Thanks everyone for your replies. - Bill
I use Combine ZP - which is free on the web. Works very nicely.
