So far I have a box with an X in it. Do I have to water it for it to grow into a picture? Did I do something wrong? Bob

Watering worked, thanks fellows.

[#welcome] to the forum Bob

Oh Boy! Oh Boy! Oh Boy! Another Suthener to add to our ranks!

[#welcome] to the “pot” and hope you visit often!

There is one question that you must answer -

What do you like with your grits?

A. Red-eye gravy

B. Butter

C. Butter and sugar

D. Black pepper

Often you may find grits being discussed as well as sweet tea, the weather, spouses and on occasion the REALLY important topic of T R A I N S!!

Seriously, we do a lot of kidding around, quite a bit of praise for others good work, and prayers for all who need them. A great bunch of guys (that’s “giz” for the Yanks) and a few gals, all ages and stages, having a lot of fun.

Drop in often and feel free to make a new “pot” if needed.

Liza, R U ready for the disappointment of ur life? I’m a transplant from PA. Moved 2 the south in 88 when I moved a company here out of Chicago. I don’t eat grits, greens and animal bowels. I think you fine southerners call them shit-lings. how appropriate of a name. I want you to know I had nothing to do with your Civil War. My family came to this country from Hungary when I was 3 YO. Now after all that, I’d like to say thanks to all you for the nice invite. I model in HO. I just finished the caboose on the entrance to my new train room which is the picture I show. I recently moved and am starting a new layout. The room behind the caboose is 20x30. Have a great day everybody.

Reggie, We have a group of guys, about 12, that meeet at our homes once a month and talk, play, teach and work on trains together. We model in standard, “0” and HO gages. No club, per say, just friends that enjoy trains and like to eat. You’d be more than welcome to join us. Send me your email and I’ll notify you when the next meeting is. caboose@click1.net
