Photography and the Law

Since we have had a few threads about photography lately, I thought I would share a few sites that seem to have good legal advise for photographers.

Thanks Zardoz for the links. I have read some of a couple of these articles and it looks like reading that would be helpful to some of our forum members.

If you have not checked out at least one of these articles you are missing some good info.

yes, they are very helpful.

Do any of them offer tips on taking legal action to get pictures onto rrpicturearchives.net? [:P]

Have you tried a bribe?

No problem, but you will be getting an IRS Form 1099 in January.

Jay,

He said in 20s and 50s not thousands of dollars.

Anyway, well put.

As an aside, these people who post these sights have brass something or other . . .

Giving free legal advice–even if it is correct–is a very risky enterprise.
