I came across this website with interesting photos of active grain elevators in the midwest, mostly in northern Illinois. Not a modeling site but there are some good ideas here for grain elevator modelers.

Thats good stuff!

I have a local elevator that is no longer in use that I photographed about a year ago. The pics are large, but they would be great for detailing and would go hand in hand with the link you gave.
