Precision Scale Models has posted pictures of their Reading T-1 4-8-4 on their web site. Fantastic!
That loco is much cooler looking than what I pictured in my head. Too bad I have no use for it, nor the money to purchase it. meh…

neither do I but I ordered one anyways.
Ebay is rolling in the funds and am saving else where for it. Seeing that this had a deadline for orders, I AINT missing out.
Fairly nice…and I’m a Reading fan…but I’m certainly not agog over it at $360.00 (with sound). I might consider one of the no-sound Freedrom Trains at $100 less just for display because I got up in the cab of the real one back in '76…but that’s it unless they are seriously discounted.

Hmm, so is that Andy Mueller up there in the cab of 2102?
I like how they are going for the biggest possible market - doing 2111 and 2113 so the PRR modellers can justify buying one too. Like I always said, this is one loco with a broad appeal, not just to us Reading modellers. Anyone model Chessie in the 70’s? Chessie Steam Special (uggh!). Mid-70’s on just about any eastern railroad? American Freedom Train time.
