exactly how does one get photos to share on forums,(weekend photo fun,etc) or any other hobby forums? I am completely new to this part of computer, thanks in advance
First do you have a digital camera? If so you have to upload the pictures onto a website, I use www.shutterfly.com After that just copy the image URL and put it between [ img ] and [ /img ]…like this [ img ]image url here[ /img ] also note the space inbetween the brackets around img and /img the space should not be there it is there in this case so the forum does not try to put up a pic. If you do not have digital camera you can get a picture CD made of your prints and pop it in your CDrom drive and do the same as above. If you have a scanner you can just scan the print into your computer and still do the same as above.
I use photobucket. It was only half a hassel to get that set up. I start the reply and where I want a picture I go to photobucket which I have open, click on lower box (URL) and copy. then go back to reply and paste. I thank that’s what I do and I finally got it to work some. Good luck. The people really seem to like pics, I sure do,
Save the picture to “your pictures”, then save it to “photobucket”. Then write URL into your “URL” space in your forum.
